Privacy Policy

Borock Collectibles is a private inventory application operated by the Borock Collectibles seller for their own Mercari and eBay accounts. It is not a service offering accounts to the public.

Information the application uses

The application records listing identifiers, titles, descriptions, prices, photo URLs, item attributes, inventory references, listing links, and activity records supplied by the owner or imported at their request.

When the owner connects Gmail, the application uses read-only access to find and read Mercari sale notifications. It stores message identifiers, subjects, timestamps, a content hash, extracted sale or listing identifiers, and processing results. The Gmail scanning feature does not store full message bodies or attachments, send email, delete email, or mark messages as read. Sale subjects may contain a buyer's username.

When the owner connects eBay, the application uses the permissions granted during authorization to access the owner's marketplace account for inventory integration. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on the application backend. The application does not ask for or store the owner's Google or eBay password.

Purpose and sharing

Information is used to organize inventory, match listings across marketplaces, review sale notifications, prepare relisting drafts, and keep activity records. The current sale-processing workflow produces previews; it does not automatically end production listings.

Application data is not sold or used for advertising. Information needed for an authorized integration is exchanged with the relevant service, such as Google or eBay. Imported photo URLs may be fetched from the marketplace's image hosting service.

Storage and retention

The current application stores inventory, sale-processing records, and encrypted tokens in the owner's local application database. Records remain until the owner removes them; there is no automatic retention deadline. Any copies or backups must be removed separately.

Control and deletion

The owner can revoke application access through their Google or eBay account settings. Revoking access does not erase previously stored application records. To request review or deletion of information associated with a transaction, contact the Borock Collectibles seller through the marketplace conversation for that transaction.

This public website

This page does not provide access to the private inventory database. It contains no application tokens, login form, analytics scripts, or advertising cookies. Cloudflare hosts this page and may process request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security under its own privacy policy.

This policy will be updated when the application's data practices change, including before moving the private application data to a hosted backend.
